In addition to the problem of brake disc itself, there may be rust and other debris on the flange surface, which makes the contact between the brake disc and the flange surface of the shaft head not good, resulting in shaking. So we need to use sandpaper to polish off the dirty things on the flange surface.
The brake skin moves left and right on the spring diaphragm of the brake bracket. The brake skin is replaced with a new one. In order to make the brake skin move smoothly, several spring diaphragms of the brake skin bracket also need to be cleaned. The commonly used method is that the fine sandpaper is polished and smooth, and there is no residue and dirt, otherwise, the wear of both sides of the brake skin will be inconsistent.
